the location is unbeatable, with many shopping malls within walking distance, including the famous Mangga Dua Square shopping complex. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Thirdly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with wifi included and the option for an extra bed if needed. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a variety of Indonesian cuisine. this hotel provided excellent value for money with its convenient location, great service, and comfortable rooms.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were more than satisfactory.

Staying within a walking distance of everything we needed, like Black Portuguese Church. Take a look at Mangga Dua neighborhood, it's worth it. Free parking on-site was provided.

The vicinity to the shopping area such as ITC and Pasar Pagi Mangga Dua is excellent. You can walk to such places and return to the hotel at any time without a fuss. Cab and Bajjaj are available all the time.

If you are a family traveller, I wouldn't recommend because the area is a bit dangerous as it is considered the downtown of the city. Equivalent to the Chow Kit of Malaysia

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to a nearby mall and shopping center. there were plenty of taxis available outside the hotel, making transportation hassle-free.

The food at the hotel, specifically the breakfast, was not very tasty. The environment around the hotel at night felt crowded and unsafe for walking alone.

The closeness to all the IT mall and the room price is affordable. Breakfast included in the room rate would be lovely. Air-con and room service is good. No frills and no fuss hotel....Bagus!

Would love it if the room are carpeted, this will make the room more cosy and warmed.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a fine area. The room was clean and surprisingly spacious. The beds and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast selection was satisfactory, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was really near to shopping malls, the jayakarta station, and next to three shopping complexes.

The actual room condition does not reflect the photo advertised..Photos look nicer.But location wise is good..Walking distance to shopping Mall Mangga Dua.

We booked first night without breakfast, wanted to extend stay and swapped the breakfast as we had an early flight at 6am and wouldn't be able to have the breakfast the following day. So we told the staff to swap the date for the breakfast which we thought was a very simple request. But, the staff told us that it couldn't be done. Out of principle, we moved to Amaris Mangga Dua which is a newer and better hotel. It offered better value and it's located right at the mall. We won't go back to this hotel.

My Easter stay was amazing! the hotel was perfectly located near tourist attractions and shopping spots, making it easy to explore the area. I also loved the comfortable and clean rooms. the staff provided excellent service and responded promptly to our requests. the hotel had delicious food and beverages at affordable prices. I would highly recommend staying here!

I was not impressed with the limited breakfast options. There were not many varieties to choose from, which was especially a letdown as we were on a holiday and were looking forward to indulge in a good breakfast.
